1.Production Description:
The main materials of rock wool products are high quality natural rocks such as basalt , gabbro dolomite, plus able binding agents . Being smelted in high temperature these materials will be off centered into fibber by a four roll centrifuge and collected later by a collective strap, these fibbrs will be solidified , cut into different specification. The products have the features of non-flaming , low heat transfer coefficient , sound insulation , and good chemical durability . This material is economical , perfect and good in thermal insulation quality . The water repellent rate of the waterproof rock wool products can reach as high as 98% . Since there is no fluorine or chlorine in these products , they will not erode the equipments . The products include : board , felt , stitching , cover felt , belt and pipe shell .
